Order Processing & Dispatch

More than 90% of our products are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

For all in-stock items, orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement.

Some items are made to order and will be shipped after production, which may take additional time (details below).

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery may take 6–8 working days.

Exceptions to Standard Delivery

In some cases, delivery times may be extended due to:

Customized Products: Items made as per customer specifications will be dispatched in 5–7 working days.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and update you with the expected shipping date.

Special Order Items: Products that are not regularly stocked may require extra time for sourcing.

Unsupported Delivery Pin Codes: If major couriers do not service your area, your order will be shipped via India Post (Speed Post), which may take longer.
